Our booking form is provided by Smoobu (Berlin). When it loads, your IP address and technical information about your device are transmitted to Smoobu, and cookies may be set. By clicking, you agree to this – you can withdraw your consent at any time in our privacy policy.

What your stay costs
The price depends on the unit, the season and the length of your stay. In the booking form above you will see the exact total price for your dates before you make a binding booking.
Children aged 7 and over pay the adult rate. We provide a cot for children aged 0 to 3 free of charge on request.

You get a booking confirmation with all the details on price, payment and arrival.
Arrival details
Before you arrive, we send you everything you need for contactless check-in. You arrive whenever suits you – between 15:00 and 21:00.
Settle in
Park right by the house, open the door and make yourself at home. We are available if you need anything.

Cancellation & payment
Clear terms
The cancellation terms depend on the rate you choose and are shown to you before you complete your booking. You will also find them in your booking confirmation.
Questions about payment, or need an invoice made out to a company? Just drop us a line – it is easy to arrange.
For accommodation booked for specific dates, there is no statutory right of withdrawal, even for online or telephone bookings (§ 18(1)(10) Austrian Distance Selling Act, FAGG). The agreed cancellation terms apply.

What guests often ask
Can I park at the house?
Yes. Free private parking is available right at the property.
Is breakfast available?
We do not serve breakfast. But a café and a bakery are within walking distance, and by the car park there is a farm shop that is open around the clock.
Do all units have a kitchen?
The loft, the suite and the double room with two double beds have a kitchen-living room; the double room has a small kitchenette. Let us know what you need when you enquire.
How does check-in work?
Contactless. You receive all the necessary information before you arrive and can check in between 15:00 and 21:00 without having to wait for anyone.
Can I get there by train?
Yes. Maria Saal station is 900 metres away, and Klagenfurt Airport about 4.7 kilometres.
Are dogs allowed?
Unfortunately not – pets are not permitted in the house.
