Four apartments, one house
A loft, a suite and two double rooms – each laid out the way the old house dictated.

Around four hundred years – and still telling its story
Casa Di Pietra is a unique building, estimated to be around 400 years old.
When it was fully renovated, the brief to the architect was clear: the original fabric stays. Vaults, natural stone walls and timber beams have remained visible – what was allowed to change was the atmosphere, with the focus on Mediterranean style.
That is why no two units are alike: a loft under the roof, a suite with a rock cellar and two double rooms, each with a character of its own.
Loft Apartment
Beneath exposed roof beams – the apartment with the large mural.
The kitchen-living room sits beneath the old roof timbers and is dominated by a large vintage mural. A table made from a slice of tree trunk, lots of wood, warm light.
The bedroom is separate, behind a dark-painted wall. The bathroom has a marble look, and the hallway runs along a sandstone wall. And for the evening there is a balcony with a table.

Suite
Natural stone, timber beams and a vault in the rock.
In the living room, natural stone walls meet a ceiling of old timber beams. A stone trough serves as a washbasin, alongside a yellow sofa and a velvet armchair.
The bedroom lies behind a wide archway, and the bathroom has a washstand made of reclaimed wood. There is also a country-style kitchen-living room – and a rock cellar: a vault set directly into the natural rock.

Double Room with Two Double Beds
The large kitchen-diner with lemon tiles – ideal for two couples.
At its heart is the kitchen-diner: lemon tiles, shelves of reclaimed wood, a copper pan on the wall and a long dining table with a corner bench and blue chairs.
By the window there is a reading corner with two leather armchairs. In the bathroom, a shower with brass fittings against ochre tiles adds a Mediterranean touch.
